Dimethyl fumarate is the methyl ester of fumaric acid. The EU Commission Decision 2009/251 requires Member States to ensure that products containing the biocide dimethylfumarate are not to be allowed into the European Union. It has mostoften been used as a mold inhibitor, and primarily for leather products. |
