In March 2010, a buyer from Austalia (A) chopped a contract with a supplier in Zhejian Ningbo(N) covering the 4 containers of Solar panels based on price USD1.65/wt, and the delivery time would be within May.31th,2010. But because of the fast increasing material cost, the supplier N had to increase their price up to USD1.74/wt after received the advanced payment, and the delivery time had to be end of June, 2010. We made 3 face-to-face negotiations with the supplier N, and finally promoted a successful transigent agreement from the supplier N, that saved the buyer A's loss up to USD43,092.00.
