1. Production Process sheet
This is your product follow-up sheet, which contains three e aware of the difficulties related to transferring drawing files, whether in paper or computerized format (2D,3D), and we are exports in handling the various formats on today¡¯s market: DXF, IGES, DWG, Catia, ProE and more.
Supervising manufacturing
We find the best partner companies for what you need, but our knowledge has helped us to create the best manufacturing process. Thanks to our own ¡°post file¡± mehtod, our partner companies follow our orders and uphold a predetermined manufacturing process.
Quality control at every step
Each step in the manufacturing process is subjected to strict quality control measures. Our goal is to be able to control product quality throughout the manufacturing process rather than wating until the end. This helps to curb costs and human resource requirements. Each step inproduction has its own specific tools or templates that are just right for the job, along with a list of critical dimensions to be checked. Furthermore, our inspection process is based on a sampling method that is fully compliant with ISO standard 2859.
Control of the supply chain
Our role is to ensure that the production line operates well, from the order to delivery. All of our partners have ERP systems that let you fully track the parts you ordered, from the moment the order is placed through to invoicing and shipping.

Production Process Sheet
This is your product follow-up sheet, which contains three main parts:
1-Product description
- Reference, name, code,ets
- Order number, client, internal order number
- Amount to be manufactured.
2-Product parts list
- Materails (characteristics, quantities,etc)
- The various components
3-The manufacturing process
- The manufacturing steps with the associated tools and machines
- Thers is a ¡°comments¡± section for making request or providing specific information related to this production process sheet, making it possible to track the part throughout its lifetime within the factory.
Self-Inspection Card
The card is linked to the production process sheet; all process operations are recorded on it with the various dimentions and critical tolerances to be verified. During the process, this check is performed using conventional methods (caliper, protractor,etc.) or special tools that we design and create. Our factory operators complete this cardduring production, in compliance with sampling standard 2859.
Post files
This document guides our workers by explaining the operating mode for the process step to be accomplished. There is a post ¨Cfile document for each step in the process. These simple diagrams have proven themselves to be effective; our operators use them to avoid neglecting the essential elements of production (safety,enviroment, the 5S¡¯s, etc).
Final Inspection
Our quality experts fully analyze the self-inspection card, and then we generate an inspection report for each production batch and provide it to our clients.
